The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of cn777's licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — except where a Player is required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law in their own jurisdiction to bring or defend proceedings in their local courts. In such circumstances, cn777 will not seek to enforce the exclusive jurisdiction clause to the extent it would conflict with those mandatory provisions.
